DryPack™ 3750 was one of the original DryPack materials developed by Richmond Technology. Richmond engineers have improved 3750 over time to provide more cost effective and reliable static protection. DryPack 3750 is constructed of antistatic polyester film, aluminum foil and a volume loaded, antistatic sealant film. The foil layer provides excellent water and oxygen barrier while the volume loaded sealant offers long term static dissipation.
Drypack 3750 has a long history of excellent performance in SMD tape and reel, quad flat pack/JEDEC trays and shipping tubes. It also performs superbly in vacuum pack and nitrogen flush applications.
